Booking Policy
All appointments are booked directly via text, email, or Instagram DM. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive a reply with an agreed date and time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit and/or future booking restrictions.
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. This ensures all clients receive their full appointment time and experience.
PREP REQUIREMENTS
Clients are responsible for following all pre-tan instructions provided prior to their appointment. Failure to properly prepare may affect final results and does not qualify for a refund or free correction.
Results Disclaimer
Spray tan results vary based on skin type, preparation, aftercare, and natural skin chemistry. While every effort is made to achieve an even, customized result, no specific shade outcome can be guaranteed.
Skin Conditions & Sensitivities
Clients must disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. Service may be refused if skin is irritated, sunburned, or unsafe for tanning solution application.
Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all post-tan instructions. Improper aftercare (including sweating, water exposure, or product use) may impact results and longevity of the tan.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable once completed. Adjustments may be offered at the discretion of the artist if concerns are reported within 24 hours of service.
Right to Refuse Service
Studio Catie reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, health, or professional reasons.
